REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At Agira, every candle is handcrafted in our home-based studio and made fresh only after you place your order. Because each piece is created to order, we do not offer returns or refunds for any reason, including personal preference, scent expectations or change of mind.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. No Returns or Refunds
All products are made to order, therefore:
- We do not accept returns
- We do not offer refunds
- We do not provide exchanges for preference or dislike
Handmade products may have natural variations in colour, texture or finish. These are not considered defects.
2. Damaged or Wrong Product Policy (Replacement Only)
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, it is typically a courier handling issue. We ship every order in perfect condition from our studio, so refunds cannot be issued for transit damage.
However, we do want you to receive your product in proper condition. In such cases, we offer replacement only, not refund.
To qualify for a replacement, you must provide:
- A complete, unedited unboxing video from the moment you open the package
- Clear footage showing the issue
- Order number and basic details
Without a proper unboxing video, we cannot process a replacement.
Agira will review the video and, if the damage or error is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement of the affected item.
Refunds will not be provided for courier damage or delivery issues.
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not entered production and have not been shipped.
Once production begins or the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Custom, personalised and bulk orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
4. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure (RTO)
If a package is returned due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number or repeated delivery attempts, the order will be marked as RTO.
Reshipping charges apply.
Refunds are not provided in RTO cases.
